The support chat stores the current, unsent conversation under msd-chat-conversation so form progress is retained while navigating between pages. The chat record remains on the visitor's device until it is cleared or a new conversation is started.

Optional analytics

The site is prepared for optional analytics tools, but they must remain disabled until configured and accepted by the visitor. The final cookie table must list each active provider, cookie name, purpose and duration.

Changing your choice

Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to reopen the consent choice. Browser controls can also remove stored site data. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent use of the core website or support chat.
